Fudgy Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

Fudgey Brownie

  • Flora plant butter, melted 1 cup
  • Selati castor sugar 3 cups
  • Oat Milk 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence 3 tsp
  • Supreme cake flour 2 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1 ½ cup
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Dark chocolate chips 1 cup
  • Pecan nuts, roughly chopped ½ cup

    Ganache

  • Dark chocolate chips 1 cup
  • Oat milk 60 ml
  • Pecans, roughly chopped 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix Flora plant butter and Selati castor sugar.
2. Add in oat milk and vanilla essence.
3. Sift in cocoa powder, Supreme cake flour, baking powder and salt, into the bowl. Mix well until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and pecan nuts. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes @ 180°c.
5. Pour oat milk over chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted.
6. Pour ganache over cooled brownie, top with pecan nuts.
