With the work I do in Master Data, I get the opportunity to work with passionate people from all of our plants, mill, farms and facilities, from all over this beautiful country, every day. Working with such a diverse group, drives and motivates me.
I have been fortunate to work closely with many inspiring mentors whose influence have shaped the leader that I have grown into.
My motivation is also fed by the engagement with the very diverse team I work with. They have an experience range that spans over 40 years. Each, bringing with them the best ideas and skill.
We are all committed to one goal but every member of my team is encouraged and supported to bring their unique contribution. The spirit of MORE.
This is a company that has its values of respect, integrity, innovation and accountability for the environment and communities in which we operate, flowing through its veins. And employees that bring that to life.

My Journey at RCL FOODS started in 2017 and I came in with limited corporate experience and thanks to the incredible culture I made a very smooth transition.
In the last 2 years I have grown tremendously in my professional and personal capacity and forged great relationships in the business.
I have been exposed to learning opportunities frequently and have had the privilege to be led by leaders who promote flexibility, accountability and curiosity.

What I have really enjoyed about my time at RCL Foods (and Vector Logistics specifically) is that I have been afforded both the means and the support to make significant and sustainable changes in my area. Vector Logistics have really lived up to their brand positioning of ‘constantly looking beyond what is now…’ and have demonstrated foresight and vision in taking steps towards a future-proof supply chain; this has been a process that I have been (and continue to be) privileged to be a part of.
