About the Leadership Development Academy

Our Leadership development solutions are offered on various levels within the organisation and are customised in alignment with Our Way and Standards of Leadership as well as our unique Authentic Leadership style of seeing & doing things differently, by displaying judgement, drive, and influence.

Disruptive change within the external environment has forced us to pursue our business objectives differently, and it calls on us to lead dynamically, in a different way. Our learning interventions offer guidance on the leadership characteristics and actions required to succeed in our new reality and beyond. We are committed to making a difference for our leaders by equipping them on both a personal and professional level to thrive within this new virtual/ hybrid world of working during the 4^th industrial revolution.

Our Mainstream Leadership development pillar focuses on building leadership capability within an employee’s current role.

Transitional Leadership

Transitional Leadership development pillar’s intent is to grow a pipeline of future leaders focusing on accelerating an employee’s career growth and prepare them for the next level of complexity.

Management Practices

Our Management Practices pillar focuses on implementing consistent RCL FOODS Management practises across the business ensuring that consistency drives performance.

The Academy also offers various online learning solutions, which are positioned across the three pillars and are delivered via various platforms. Each Online learning solution is customised in alignment with a specific strategy, target audience and learning skill gaps. 

In order to supplement further learning, we also offer various social learning opportunities through our Communities of learning initiative.
