Ingredients
Serves 4)
For the chicken wings:
16 chicken wings, tips
removed and cut in half
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour for coating
Oil for deep-frying
For the Nola spicy
mayo sauce:
100g Nola Original
Mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic and ginger,
crushed
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tbsp coriander, ground
Cooking Instructions
Season the wings with salt and pepper, and place in a large bowl. Mix the Nola Original Mayonnaise with garlic and ginger – mix and then add all the spices. Pour enough of the Nola spicy mayo sauce over the wings and allow to marinade for 1hr in the fridge. Lightly coat the wings in flour before deep-frying. Heat oil in a deep-fryer, deep-fry the wings for 10 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper. Serve warm – drizzled with the rest of the Nola spicy mayo sauce.
