Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Nola Original Mayonnaise (and extra for drizzle)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mango atchar
- 4 hot vetkoeks
- 2 cups (500ml) grated cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Mix the Nola Original Mayonnaise and mango atchar together.
- Cut the vetkoek in half and spread generously with the mango mayo atchar.
- Stuff with cheese and drizzle with extra Nola Original Mayonnaise.
