Ingredients
4 crumbed chicken breasts
4 small burger buns
¼ cup Nola Mayonnaise
¼ cup Smooth Yum Yum Peanut butter
2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Squeeze of lemon
2 cups of shredded carrot and cabbage slaw
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven and cook the crumbed chicken according to the packing instructions.
Set aside to keep warm
Cut the buns in half and toast the cut side over a medium heat in non-stick pan.
Set aside to keep warm.
Whisk the mayonnaise, Yum Peanut Butter, hot sauce (optional) and lemon juice together and mix with the slow mixture.
Heap onto the toasted buns, top with the chicken breast and serve immediately.
