Braaied Butternut

Ingredients

  • 1 large butternut
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 round of feta
  • ¼ cup of Yum Yum Peanut Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion for a few minutes or until soft and caramelised.
  2. Remove and place in a bowl.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, peanut, peanut butter and feta and mix well.
  4. Spoon into the cavity of one butternut, season well and sandwich with the other half.
  5. Wrap tightly in foil and braai or bake for 45 minutes or until soft and cooked through.
