Chutney Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nola Original Mayonnaise
  • 8 pieces of chicken
  • 1 cup chutney
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken pieces in a frying pan.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a casserole dish.
  3. Combine the Nola Mayonnaise, chutney and orange juice and pour over the chicken pieces.
  4. Bake uncovered at 180°C for 3Omin.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve with rice and vegetables or salad.
