Eggy Bread French toast

Ingredients

6 slices of bacon

6 tbsp butter

2 bananas

3 eggs

1 tbsp milk

Generous pinch of salt

4 thick slices of brown bread

Yum Yum Smooth Peanut Butter

1 tbsp of honey


Cooking Instructions

Grill the bacon until crispy

Turn of the oven and keep warm

Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and fry the bananas until caramelised but firm

Place in the oven with the bacon to keep warm

Beat the eggs, milk and salt together

Put the bread into a flat dish and pour over the eggy mixture, turning the bread over to soak both sides

Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and cook for one minute each side or until golden brown

Repeat with the remaining butter and bread

Mix the honey and the Yum Yum Smooth Peanut Butter together and spread with crispy bacon and fried banana
