Cooking is a passion that evolves into a lifestyle, it comes from the heart and shows in the results. Cooking with brands that deliver has inspired me over many years to create recipes and share my passion with hundreds of chefs around the country. Working for RCL FOODS, one of the largest food manufacturers in Africa, allows me to share this passion by creating recipes and meeting different customers.
I am driven by interacting, inspiring, and exchanging knowledge with chefs and cooks alike. One of the projects that I am particularly inspired by is our Young Chefs and Bakers Challenges. which are aimed at developing and nurturing talented, up and coming chefs and bakers whilst ensuring the continuity of the highest industry standards for the future. I am extremely proud to be a part of a company that always strives to Do More.

food service channels. My sales and marketing experience across frozen, chilled and ambient forms of distribution in the UK, South Africa, Europe, Africa and the Middle East affords me a truly global perspective to our Food Partners way of working in South Africa. Whether it be branded or customised products, I enjoy digging
deep to understand our customers’ needs and matching them to our internal capabilities. Food service is very close to my heart and I pride myself on being the custodian of our Food Partners way of working.

There is a passion for FOOD within all of us, this coupled with deep understanding of shoppers and consumers in the many channels, sets us up to be a true partner in the B2B food and manufacturing spaces. It is an amazing place to be – working across different types of customers – from hawkers at the side of the road through to executive chefs at some of the biggest hotels in the county; from independent and artisanal bakers to business leaders leading world-class facilities producing some of the best loved brands in the country.
