Meadowland Classique and Delight are dairy cream alternatives that are built to stand the heat of busy kitchens. Our Classique won’t split or curdle when heat is applied or acid added to it. Our sweetened version, Delight, whips up to 4 x volume to use as a filling or topping in sweet applications.
