Temperatures and times are a guideline
• Pies should be defrosted at room temperature for approximately 45 minutes
• DO NOT defrost pies in boxes
• Rack the frozen pies the evening before and store in the chiller overnight,
for no longer than 12 hours between 0oC to 5oC
• Ensure the pies are covered by a trolley cover to prevent drying out
